LangStory is an AI-powered language learning application that generates personalized stories and exercises to help users learn languages. The Service is provided "as is" and is subject to change or termination at any time.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
LangStory offers paid access plans (e.g., 7-day, 1-month, 6-month). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing access, you agree to pay the specified fees. Access is granted for the duration of the purchased plan.
Due to the digital nature of the Service, all sales are generally final. Refunds will be issued at our discretion within 48 hours of purchase or as required by applicable law.
The stories and exercises provided by LangStory are generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can make mistakes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, cultural appropriateness, or pedagogical correctness of the generated content. You use the content at your own risk.
The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by LangStory and its creators. You retain rights to your personal progress data. The AI-generated stories are for your personal learning use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LangStory and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
